[GF] Slow deviation survey loading

Upon chopping the file down to 3 deviations, I found that each GF 'array' was an entire deviation survey, not one point.  So it's taking about 9-10 seconds per deviation survey.  That is indeed reasonable, though it'll still take in excess of 3.5 hours to process my file...
